此生产线是生产配电柜的成型设备。待加工的带卷用行车借助人工放入放料架上，然后矫正、张紧，经动力调平后，进入液压预冲孔并冲缺口，由导向装置送入成形机进行工件的成形，在经成形辊及压力辊的磨擦阻尼作用下，以0-10m的线速度进入折弯部分后，产品按要求折四个边框并切断，再由人工打包运走。
This production line is a special forming equipment for the production of distribution cabinets. The coiled traveling crane to be processed is put on the feeding rack manually, then rectified and tensioned. After power leveling, it enters the hydraulic pre-punching hole and punches the notch. The guide device is fed into the forming machine to form the workpiece. Under the friction damping effect of the forming roll and the pressure roll, the product enters the bending part at a linear speed of 0-10m. After the product is folded and cut off according to the requirements, the product is then manually cut off. Pack and carry away.
